HOW TO ORDER?

1. Browse and Select Products

From the home page, click on a category to browse our fragrances. Click the picture of the fragrance you are interested in for their complete description and detailed pictures.

2. Add to Cart and Review Order

Choose your desired size and quantity, and proceed to click the “Add to cart” button. Click the bag icon on the top right of your screen to review your order before payment. 

However, for an immediate redirection to payment, click the “Buy it now” button after choosing your desired size and quantity.

3. Sign In

For registered shoppers, kindly fill in your registered details and sign in to your account. For unregistered shoppers, kindly fill your details accordingly or create an account for faster checkouts on your next purchase. Please note that the availability of your desired product is not guaranteed before you checkout.

4. Checkout

Choose your desired payment and shipping method, and review and double check your order before payment. If you are ready to finalize your order, click “Pay now”.

5. Confirm Payment

Confirm your payment (if you choose the “Bank Transfer” payment method). 

6. Finish Shopping

Once done,  you can sit back and wait patiently for your order to arrive. Check your order status on the “Orders” page or your registered email.

HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

To check your order status, log in to your Mykonos account and go to the “Orders” page.Please note that this status will be automatically updated as your order moves through different stages of packaging to delivery. You’ll see a list of your orders along with their current status:

Processing: Your order is being prepared and packed by our team. Please note that this process can take 3 to 14 working days, depending on stock availability and order volume.

Shipped: Your order is handed to our trusted courier partners. Please note that any delays, damages, or losses that happened during this process will be the responsibility of the courier and recipient’s address provided.

Completed: Your order is successfully delivered to your registered address.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details in maximum 10 minutes after order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation by our Whatsapp or email. Any changes in order status will also be sent to your registered email.

WHY IS MY DELIVERY STATUS PENDING OR DELAYED?

Delivery delays can happen due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • High order volumes during sales periods, holidays, or double-date campaigns.

If your order remains pending for several days, please contact our Customer Service team via the WhatsApp widget on our website or at +62 857-8021-8514 for assistance.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

Due to ensuring you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after payment is completed. 

I RECEIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM.

Unfortunately, your order cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please go to our “Return & Refund” page for more information.

DO YOU HAVE OFFLINE STORE?

Mykonos currently does not operate an official offline store, nor is there a physical retailer that carries our complete range of products. However, you can still enjoy an offline shopping experience by visiting your nearest:
